As you mention UARS is poorly understood and misdiagnosed. I personally did not understand it well enough, even though I suffered from it since my childhood. This forum and the blogs helped further my understanding a good deal.

Generally speaking, the whole knowledge of sleep is at its infancy even in the early 21st century. I hope you take the time to blog all your details while you remember them. Those of us who suffer from apnea seem to also have memory problems! My blog also serves as a diary for me.
