Wow, I am the only person , I thought, who has tried to self oropharyngeal!!! I coudnt get near doing it. I also tried to make a jaw opener with no success, and did purchase the one offered on TV. It worked as i was dreaming within 45 minutes ...but, it just lips off my teeth and makes them super sore. Its easy for them to become sore as I had a botched MMA.
Can you have a tongue reduction?
