I'm scheduled to have my MMA with Dr KL on January 25. He told me that I should only walk at first, I could start jogging after the first month, do pushups and such after 5-6 weeks, and wait until 3 months for any heavy weight lifting.
Anyone with any experiences along these lines? How soon were you able to get back into the swing of things?
