You are correct 84% oxygen is something to worry
about. Many people with OSA don't desaturate that
low so it may mean you have a severe case.

Let us know what the rented oximeter results are
and don't give up. Most sleep doctors can make a
good case to the insurance company to cover an
extra study and treatment.
