Yes, I am getting it at Stanford. Sorry about that. Sometimes I get a bit verbose. The crux of the situation is that I want to set up the best chances for getting the insurance to do what the need to do. I am a bit stressed with a lot going through my head, probably more about the upcoming surgery.

I think I have figured out my short term strategy, which is to play the game and go to this local surgeon who the insurance recommends for a consult with my list of questions. Either he will do the right thing and say that he is not experienced at surgery for apnea, or I will develop an agurment as to why he is not the right person. And I will win or lose, but it is best to get this thing fixed right, so I am going to try not to stress about it and everything else. If I do succeed, I will try to post a strategy to help others.
