Just wanted to make a comment. If you experience REM rebound it means the machine is working.
Sleep apnea robs us of REM sleep and when we start to breath again one of the first things to
happen is we start making up for the REM sleep we lost. Slow wave sleep, deep sleep, will
also rebound and the amount of time for our system to get back to normal will vary from
person to person.
