Thanks for the post again. I am heading out to CA for the event this weekend. We will relax for a day or two before the surgery. I had a major anxiety moment yesterday. I was on the road and getting ready to do a presentation for a big prospect I have been working on (I am in sales). Maybe you can help me with one big anxiety that I have. You mention the turbinates. Mine are ginormous. I worry about it swelling closed like it does, and not being able to pull in enough air to keep me calm through my teeth. Did you have any issue with that? It is really stressing me. Dr L wants to work on those after the MMA, we are targeting arch bar removal as the date.

By the way, as an update for everyone, I have succeeded in getting an "out of network exception", so it will be covered as in network, but still it is difficult to pin down how much they will feel is the right amount to pay. Clearly it will save me thousands though. Once I get past next week, I am going to try and write up some information on what I did to help others in the future.

Also, on the work, do you think you could have done home office work after you came home, without talking? I am filing for short term disability, but have told my boss that if we can make it work and I feel well enough, I will work on some marketing stuff from home. That would actually put a few more bucks in my paycheck and help my team. I have decided not to push myself though, so if it just doesn't feel like it is going to work, I will take however many weeks I need.
