Thanks. Yes, I am leaning heavily toward letting the short term disability kick in. I am going to play it by ear, but am not going to force myself too early at the expense of healing.It is midnight, and I just cleared my list of to-do items that from the job so that I can give it a rest.

By the way, how long until you were allowed to talk? I thought I was told 6 weeks, but now I am wondering if I was mistaken on that (hopefully). Interesting exercise for a lifetime sales type to not communicate verbally. Might be a nice break for my wife though...
