Could somebody please post this question under the "Ask A Sleep Surgeon" column? I clicked on the link but my Microsoft Outlook express is not working. I am a patient of Dr. Li's but I thought everyone could benefit by this question.

My question is:

In some cases, although MMA surgery was not curative, there is often a reduction in the needed cpap pressure level. Are there any other surgeries that can reduce cpap pressure levels? i.e. I was particularly interested in the genioglossus advancement, hyoid advancement and MME surgeries.
