I have a small jaw and a huge tongue. I tried the Thorton Adjustable Positioner device. It worked fine for 1 year. The TAP costs $800.

I had Phase 1 surgeries at Stanford which reduced my CPAP pressure but did not cure my sleep apnea. I am getting good sleep with an auto CPAP. I use a cheap TRD device named Aveo when travelling.
