Thanks for the reminder mate. I'm actually feeling pretty great
about the whole thing, but there were a few hard days there
in the first week.

The bands thing is really odd to me too. Made it very
pleasurable though. I found a few journal articles that
concluded that it's actually as efficient as banding, but my
orthodontist thought it was weird!
