I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask this question. About three years ago I had the UPPP and GGA procedures done after a sleep study showed a RDI of over 100. Six months later a repeat sleep study showed no improvement at all with my RDI still over 100. Neither CPAP/BIPAP was effective as no setting could be found that lowered my RDI to a safe level. They are now recommending MMA surgery. Does anyone know of a surgeon that performs this surgery in Minnesota? At the Mayo clinic maybe? Thanks.
