After MMA, I went back to have some soft palate work and it did improve me. I don't know of anyone that has just had one procedure and knocked out OSA. I'm going to suggest you keep pounding away at it and not give up. Have you had a sleep endoscopy? Wonder if you might have something weird like a floppy epiglottis or something? It's time to consider bleeding edge options. Leave no stone unturned.
