I met with the sleep surgeon yesterday and he said that I was a very good candidate for MMA surgery.

But then he said the success rate was 80% and success was defined as a 50% improvement.

I left feeling very disappointed considering that I was expecting a cure rate of 90%.

Also how is MMA done for apnea different from MMA done for a different reason if both move the jaws the same distance?
