I have been using an oral device (MAD) fairly successfully for about a year. I get a little TMJ pain in the morning from time to time, but it is not a major hindrance. I would like to hear from those who have been using a MAD for two years+ (if you are out there). Also, I would like to hear from those who use a MAD in conjunction with cpap/apap. In other words, is it working for you as a long-term treatment of OSA/UARS, or is it just a stepping stone to CPAP or MMA? Thanks, Kettlebell in Ind.
