That is great that a scope was done during sleep. I always have wondered why that is not the standard of care in all cases. I know that when i lie down, my airway shuts off like a steel valve. It seems like its deep in the throat, and it takes alot of conscious energy/effort to keep airway open. I never felt that cpap ever was able to force the "valve" open. good luck
