It's been a few years but I think he said it was for facial deformities and car accidents.

I'm just wondering if there is anything more to the operation than just moving everything 10 mm forward. If that is all there is to it I could have my surgery done by the local guy who does MMA's for other reasons and save myself a big hassle.
