The surgery is going to happen. Now it's just a matter of finding out if my local surgeon who does jaw movements for other purposes can do it.

My other option is a surgeon at Mayo in Rochester.

I'm trying to find out if there are things besides just the 10 mm movement involved in MMA for apnea vs 10 mm movement for other reasons.
