Was it just lower jaw surgery? What about your
upper jaw?

Also, can you give us a brief history of your
condition? What was your pre-surgical AHI and why
did you decide to go in for the MMA? Do you wish
you had gotten the MMA directly 7 years ago
instead of going through the UPPP first?
