Wow, I can't believed it now 12 days post my operation already.

As of today, most of the swelling on my cheeks and chin had subsided about 90% although my chin is still feel numb to the touch. My mouth is still banded shut although I can open to about finger width right now. This is still a much improvement from day 6 onwards as I can now easily swallow my pain killer and antibiotic.

I had tried to sleep without my CPAP over the past 2 nights and recorded my snoring with my IPhone. While I now manage to sleep through without the CPAP, I am still snorning pretty loudly during some part of the sleep. While I know this is not a very scientific reading, I want to know if the operation had eliminated my snoring - which at this point, unfortunately it has not. One good thing is at least I can sleep through most part of the night without the CPAP and without me feeling not rested.

I still hopeful that the snoring is still due to some remaining swelling and will continue to monitor and post my progress. Thanks.
