Sleep apnea-MMA degree of jaw advancement is definitely a difference from bite-oriented jaw surgeries. And I would qualify your answer by saying that only oral surgery + ENT doctors are qualified to do the sleep-apnea MMA. Not "oral surgeons" per se. That is the problem.

I'm surprised no one else but you knew this answer. Isn't this a sleep apnea surgery board?
