I call them Blue Cross/Double Cross as they denied paying for a worldwide best surgeon in Dallas at Baylore who is willing to fix my botched MMA. He is out of network. I never heard of them denying in network sleep related stuff much. Would they rather you die a slow and expensive death? Good luck. Im in Birmingham btw.
