BC/BS Individual plans provide zero sleep-related
services. Employer-provided benefits do. (I
think). Apparently the sleep exclusion is system-
wide, or at least state-wide. Humana doesn't
provide them either in their individual plans.It is just appalling to me that a person with
health insurance cannot receive treatment for a
