wide, or at least state-wide. Humana doesn't

It is just appalling to me that a person with
health insurance cannot receive treatment for a
potentially fatal disease. Actually, it's
appalling that anyone can't. Oh, to Canadian or
British or French or, well, a rich, rich, rich
American.
