Sorry I haven’t responded sooner. I was vacationing out West and did not have access to a computer. I do not have plans for another sleep study, unless Dr L requests it. Right now I need a break. Maybe in a few months, perhaps. The years of dealing with this have worn me down. Last week, I did have a bit of a setback in Montana/Yellowstone. I woke up with a headache that lasted on and off for three days. It was low grade, but something that I was always aware of. Maybe altitude and humidity had something to do with this. Maybe this was sinus related. Maybe caffeine related. Or, maybe sleep deprivation was the cause, as I was pretty much on the go constantly and not getting a full night’s rest. Or, maybe the surgery was not a “home run,” maybe a “triple.” I don’t know. I do feel better overall and my good days are very good. I still take a brief nap in the afternoon when I can. Again, I have no regrets and I am glad I had this procedure.

Marie, I send my best wishes to you on your recovery. You have been through a great deal. Your posts (and those of others) have helped me during my journey.

Chuck
