Hi there,

I've experienced throat dryness from cpap as well.
What really helped me was Biotene Oral Dryness
Moisturizing Balance Gel. Rub it around your
mouth and put and dime size amount on the back of
your tongue (don't swallow it though). It will
moisturize your oral cavity throughout the night.
Also, I found switching from the cpap to a bipap
or auto-bipap helpful as it reduced pressure upon
exhalation. If you breath through mouth try
breathing through your nose only. Sometimes my
jaw would drop at night so air escaped through my
mouth/lips. I solved this problem by using a chin
strap and by taping my mouth shut with paper tape.
