I got a pre and post-MMA bone advancement measurement from a team of ENTs at a major hospital today. It was a real shocker.

The key was getting a medical opinion from someone NOT involved in the case.

The most alarming thing is that there are so few sleep surgeons qualified to do MMA for sleep apnea in the U.S. Sleep medicine seems still to be in the dark ages here, and I doubt Europe is any better.
