Hey Gremlin,

My speech is now very slurred, and I have a lisp, no more crisp speech. I suspect we're the tip of an iceberg of bad surgeries performed by overconfident, under-trained DENTISTS in the U.S.

I am today in Palo Alto and tomorrow will be having a revision. My jaw is such a disaster they may have to halt the operation and just close me up, they won't know until they are in there. At the very least I will get all the floating metal out of my mouth. If that happens I am back to the drawing board.

I'm happy to communicate with you and I think we should. There's the getting better side of it and also the getting justice part of it, two very separate things. I have ideas on both but I don't know how to reach you.

I did learn yesterday the proper way to gauge advancement, you measure the left and right gaps under the teeth in the frontal x-ray. Lateral views of the airway do not show the bone advancement. Strangely I cannot find any frontal x-rays like this online, can anyone point me to a set showing the gap?
