I'm on day 8 post UPPP. Even though Dr. C's staff warned me about the pain of this surgery I'm surprised at how much swelling I still have and the amount of pain I'm in when I don't take a pain pill. The swelling from the Genioglossus Advancement is particularly bad. Does anybody have an idea of when I can expect most of the swelling to go down?
