Definately have considered it. Besides not being able to handle it from a vanity standpoit, Im afraid it would furthur complicate my speech. As of now , i have to "push" alot of air and overdrive my vocal chords to sound anywhere near normal. If trach made anything worse, that would be 2 chings on the way i would be presented to the world...a worse voice, and the trach. I would call on Drs Smith and Wesson.
Id like to hear more of your story.
