Thanks RA, interesting points there. I want him to sonsult with a speech therapist that i saw way back in 2003. They need to verify that my compensatory mechanisms wont be comprimised. A few intereesting things that were found , as the camera gives amazingly clear images, were a ring protruding out of the velum. This was an anchor i guess, and it probably was what got infected a few years ago. It is located above a canine in the sinus cavity, and i doubt it was supposed to protrude above the pink stuff. It made my whole face swell up on one side and felt like a lit cigarette was burning in my tooth socket. The other thing he found was amazing. I told him that i was sure talking was forcing saliva into my left nostril, he goes "Look, its doing it as you speak". No dr ever had an explanation for that too date....he didnt say why it was doing it, but only that it was. I figure there is no way to know how many of these procedures have been tried for OSA. An ENT I personally know, hasnt heard of them at all, so it is cutting edge.
