Hi Gremlin. I would not consult Dr. KL on this matter. You need someone really comfortable with revision procedures.

I went through the Palo Alto consultation, CAT scans, blood work, made the mandatory deposit, got the insurance and work-disability set up and flew out for my own revision MMA.

On the eve of the surgery, in his office, he referred to me as a "train wreck", stated that I was "desperate" and that I should be "very very angry" at my prior surgeon (which I am but who cares). And I'm not quoting the really nasty stuff!

Basically I gathered from all this drama that he is not a surgeon comfortable with revision procedures. And you are that.

It sounds to me like you got a very good workup. And the idea is to do the reverse of the flap operation done on transgender persons for vocal change, right?

Do all 3 of these procedures have to be done together?
