This is not intended as medical advice and I am no doctor. The nose is important for breathing whether you have a sleep problem or not in my opinion. I have had that done.

The UP3 I would hold off without a sleep test. It might help with the snoring but if it is sleep apnea, the tongue also is part of the problem.

I would get a sleep test done, but I probably would have the nose done as I think that is important and if you have sleep apnea, normal treatment is using a machine as surgery for sleep apnea requires several different types performed and the UPPP by itself is rarely helpful if you have sleep apnea so a sleep test is important.
