I have just went through those surgeries, and I would not seperate them, the reason being that with the pain in your mouth, you really don't notice the nose much at all. I would get a sleep study done, but don't worry about the surgeries themselves, about 5 days of pretty bad discomfort, and then major improvements. Good luck, and try not to worry.
