Robin,

I just had my surgery 3 weeks ago, and I can tell you that after a week, I was the same way. I think it kinda looked like half cooked chicken. And I didn't eat until the 9th day. I hear some people do real well quickly, but I was a good 2 weeks before I felt somewhat better. Just hang in there cuz it will get better. Just make sure of plenty of rest and lots of liquids.
