Tom,
I agree with Alamo Joe. If at all possible, I'd have the UPPP done separately. (UPPP alone is hell for a week. No need to add to this.... The only place I MIGHT consider doing all three at once is at Stanford since they do this sort of thing alot and know what to expect post-surgically. Not sure what the rep is with OHSU with this type of surgery).
