I too was given Loritab liquid, and like you it really did not do much. My Dr. then gave me Vicadin in a pill form which I dissolved in water. It tasted awful, but you talk about improvement over the Loritab. It actually did relieve the pain for about 3 hours at a time. Maybe you could get that from him. It would be worth a try. Hope this helps you some.
