I have tried exercises to strengthen the chest and diaphragm muscles. There is a limit to how much more of a negative pressure one can develop. I have found it to help to a limited extent, but do not recommend it because it is not the complete solution. My opinion is that extra strength of the diaphragm can injure the intestines and thus causing or making worse IBD and/or IBS and a bunch of other things.

The tongue and neck muscles sound like they would be a good idea.
