I have moderate OSA.. and for me to feel rested I need 10+ hours of sleep a night.. my apnea doesn't keep me up, it makes me sleep more. I'm looking foward to (hopefully.. if it's successful) only having to sleep 7 or 8 hours a night to feel rested. Not only spending less time asleep.. but also having more energy to do more while I am awake. I guess it's proof positive that not only the solutions but also the disorder can affect everyone differently. Good luck to everyone.. whatever your goals may be!
