I ate some scratchy food yesterday. This morning I had a juice bar for starters, but the rate of consumption for juice bars will be lower today. My mouth feels quite good today, and so do I.

Last night was between "2" and "3".

Being awake during the procedure is quite an experience and trumatic. However, the overall experience, it is not bad.

My evaluation is based on the following: On February 20 I had other surgery and had not gone for my walk and/or daily exercise until Friday when I went to the shopping center. That is just over 2 miles (round trip). I went square dancing and round dancing last night and survived quite well. (Of course I don't dance with my mouth.) All squares except two had good dancers in it. The luck of the draw.
