Yesterday, I ate granola for breakfast instead of softer oatmeal. My energy is good. Slept fairly well last night without Advil. I am on blood pressure medication, and I am watching it carefully and will report to doc to determine when and if I may discontinue.

It is wierd, but the CPAP (Actually Auto adjust LT) is more tolerable. It may have some idiocyrancies (sp) but I can live with that while waiting for surgery to take effect. The paper on the original spomnoplasty research mentions that patients undergoing somno must have either CPAP or a trache. One reason that I delayed somno is that I was uneasy about how well CPAP was working.

My energy level is not as high as I would like it, but it is pretty good. I seem to have some extra drive to do things, but I still fall asleep in the Lazy Boy. However, I haven't heard myself snore upon awakening, which is different from prior to somno.
