Well, Well, Everyone is entitled to his or her own opinion. I love this little meeting of the minds. So can I add my two cents?
En garde!
First, answer me this, how in the heck can a dental appliance move your mouth (jaws) enough to open your airway, and you only wear it at night? That’s got to hurt! I had the MMA And GA and they moved me almost 3/4 of an inch. I’d like to see them do that with a dental appliance! Also I have talked to other MMA survivors And they are perfectly happy and apnea free. I can’t say I have met them all, but that's just my humble and completely unbiased opinion! (HA!) And let me add I am AWAKE ALL DAY! NO drugs, (including Mt. Dew) no CPAP! It’s been over two years since I could say that! I don’t know for sure if I’m 100% cured yet but I am way better!
By the way, Frank, are you not the one, that asked me why I didn’t have a trach, instead of surgery?
