I have tried a few but they did not work for me but you can try them but must find a dentist who is familar with them.

The Silent Nite has been used by 3 different dentists I have talked to and some patients have been successful with it. It might cost about $500.

there are others that cost more but can be adjusted more to bring the jaw more.

Best bet is to check with Orofacial Pain Center dentist at a dentist school if there is one near you or just one that has a private practise.
