One more question

Posted by hubbydistressed on May 23, 2001 at 14:43:12:

Thanks for your detailed responses--they were really helpful. I guess all I am looking at is the UPPP. Am I correct that most of the posters here have had more than this done--and thus more complications? I have one dr who wants to do this under general anesthesia and others who do a local, which of course I prefer. Any experience with this question? If I do the local is it common that it has to be redone--but maybe I'd rather have it done 2 or 3 times if it's so simple? thanks again for your help
