If you have to use the CPAP, go to the regular forum. They'll give you a lot of help to get you through it. The waking up at night isn't stress, you're waking up because you can't breathe - this will actually be better with CPAP, not worse. Give it a try & come back over here if you decide to have the surgery. I tried CPAP for 1 1/2 yrs with no relief & am now going to have surgery. God bless & good sleep. Delana
