Hi...I just had the somnoplasty and septoplasty on the 22nd...The pain is tolerable and the improvement in my breathing is amazing already. The somnoplasty was my second set of treatments and while I don't know if it will get me off CPAP completely, I am going for it as a cure! My doctor seems pretty optimistic. Alls I can say is that since even the initial treatment and not doing too great with the CPAP, I can definitely tell improvemnt in my well-being! I can make it through the day without a nap usually. Get evaluated and start the treatments...I don't think you will be disappointed!
