Please note that Kevin & Lisa both had septoplasty & somnoplasty. Septo by itself will make you breathe easier but will not help sleep apnea because the main obstruction is in the throat, not the nose. It's the collapse of throat tissue that causes the apnea. Please read all the help on the regular forum to get used to CPAP. Most ins companies require at least an attempt at CPAP before allowing surgery. God bless & good sleep. Delana
