HELP!!! I Can't Breath after MMA and GA Surgery

I just got home from MMA & GA surgery on Thursday. My mouth is wired shut and I can hardly breath from my nose due to all the congestion. I went to the doctors on Friday and they cleaned out my sinuses which was great! But that evening they had already filled back up. I am using Panmist every 4 hours and Ocean spray every 1/2 hour. I am also using Afrin 2x per day. Hot showers help a little but not enough to make a difference.

For those who have had this surgery how long was it before you could breath relatively well? Is there anything that I can do in the mean time? The last time that I called the Doctors they said that I could be admitted back to the hospital and have the tube put back in. This is unacceptable since they had to restrain me after surgery to keep from pulling them out. I am literally struggling for each breath.
