"Hydrocodone w/APAP Elixir" = liquid Lortab?

Does anyone know exactly what the hydrocodone/acetaminophen breakdown is for generic "Hydrocodone w/APAP Elixir?"

If it is generic for liquid Lortab, then it should be 5mg/500mg. However, my pharmacist said it was 2.5mg/167mg.

Considering that the dosage is 10-15ml/4hours, there is no way that 7.5mg hydrocodone is going to be adequate for me...
