Hi "tired in Tulsa", 2 mths ago I had the MMA/GA up until 2 wks ago I felt fantastic, full of energy, no need to nap and felt I had my life back. Please know I understand exactly what u r feeling. Now I am back to napping , still have alittle energy but nothing like I had right after the surgeries. I wish I had an answer, I an now parinoid that it hasnt worked and I too told my husband and mom that I could not bear to spend the rest of my life in that catatonic state of need for constant sleep. My doctor said it could take 6mths to 1 yr to get the full results. He also said that following the surgery many people will do great then have a set back due to the tissues getting relaxed and that now the process would begin of the muscles tightening up which will open the airway. However being human I and you r naturally afraid because we long to feel better. I am going to send my Doc an email today because I need alittle reassurance!!!!! I am in Arkansas, and see that u r in Tulsa. Who did your surgery? (im in Ft. Smith) I went to Stanford for the procedures......Cathy
