And so starts my adventure . . .

For months I have been a lurker on this site. Sometimes asking questions, sometimes answering. But now I start the countdown to surgery. First a quick background.

My name is Brian. I am 22 years old and live in Rochester, NY. After suspician of sleep apenia, I went in for a sleep study. It was worse than I thought. 31/hour was my magic number. My doc didnt want to just put me on CPAP. At my age and good overall health, he didnt want to just put be on CPAP and say have a nice life. But I do have rather large tonsils. So the decision was made for Tonsil and Adenoid removal as well as some UPPP done.

So begins my countdown to Aug 28th. I will hopefully be sharing lots of information with everyone. But for now, it is time for bed. And until next time, I guess I will start what seems to be the standard formula:
